Cold War Nonfiction Book

For my my nonfiction book, I have chosen to talk about the Cold War. Overall, the Cold War started after a result of World War II the fallen Nazi Germans was divided into four sectors the capital Berlin was taken over by communist rule of the Soviet Union while the west was captured by the allies of the United States, France and Britain all ruled the east with a capitalist government. Moving on to 1961 a wall between east and West Berlin was build to limit the number of migration to the west since the communist government was murdering people day by day to people who either opposed the government or who set a threat to the government. So, east Berlin proposed an idea to build a wall and separate these two nations causing the Cold War leading the United States and Soviet Union to clash into each other. These two world superpowers had there own ideas on how the world should be runned the USSR wanted to spread communism all over the world and the United States wanted to spread Capitalism. Again and again there was constant bickering the Soviet Union expanded communism to another level by creating three proxy wars in Asia and in the Middle-east. The Korean War (July 25, 1950-July 27, 1953) which seperated the Korean Peninsula north was captured by the communist while the south was captured by the capitalist. And shows the amount of propaganda that was captured and shown to the world.
